From adversity and challenge, new solutions and innovation emerge.
The current COVID-19 pandemic has been the spark to cause companies to look for creative solutions and work together in ways like we’ve never seen before.
WB: Erica, please tell me about yourself? What is your inspiration to our plant? I understand your son has been helped by the healing component of cannabis? Please tell me about this?
Erica Daniels=ED:I am an activist, entrepreneur, author, healthy cook, loud music lover, community educator and mother. After my son was diagnosed in 2007, my life changed and gained new purpose. Since, I have focused on research, education and advocacy of natural health treatments for autism.
How could I say no? Weed and creative food? And that other connection? Well, Jewish anyway. I’m the one who is honored. Thank you!

Warren Bobrow=WB: Tell me about your company? Who is your inspiration? Do you have a mentor(s)? Who are they?
TM = Troy Meadows: The Legion of Bloom is a values-driven company founded by myself and four of my long-time friends and partners in advocating for cannabis. As established cultivators in the medical market, we started the LEGION with the ethos to craft unique cannabis experiences that we would be proud to share with our friends and families.

Warren Bobrow=WB: Where are you from? Why cannabis? What is your background in technology? What are the highlights so far?
Jeremy O’Keefe=JO: I was born in Ohio and spent almost a decade in the military, so I’ve lived in all regions of the USA. I served in the Air Force as an electronic warfare technician and after I transitioned to civilian life, I decided to use my G.I. Bill to pursue a computer science degree from UNLV. I’ve been in the desert ever since!
I had the opportunity to smoke a small sample of Cut & Dry cannabis recently and wanted dig deeper into the brand. What follows is an interview with Seti, which is his real name, like Madonna or Sting also go by one name. I get it Seti, I’m the one who is honored to know someone with just one name, it’s really cool.
Warren Bobrow=WB: Please tell me about yourself. What was your path to our plant?
Jay Evans=JE: My fascination with cannabis really took off around the time it became legal for medical use in Canada in 2001. I saw how resource-intensive the production of medical cannabis was – the harvest and production of cannabis took tens of people, if not more. The result was a lot of strain on the supply chain and, ultimately, meant that the people that needed it most were having systemic issues accessing good quality, reliable cannabis.
With all this sheltering in place at home, I knew shortly into the experience that world events would affect me pretty quickly. Staying at home and rightfully so has made me re-examine the tools I use to smoke flowers from Green Bodhi, an ultra-high quality cannabis company from Oregon. I knew that working at home could be taken a number of ways. First of all, I’ve worked from home for a couple of years now, so it wasn’t a shock to the system to suddenly be faced with a crowded desk, my computer and a ton of things to do. The best yet was that I suddenly had all the time in the world to do what I was always too rushed to do well.
