Pre-Prep

Roast 5 oranges and 5 lemons, halved and coated in All The Bitter – New Orleans Bitters (non-alcoholic). Roast at 400°F until caramelized, about 15 to 30 minutes. Cool, juice, and store chilled.

Makes two drinks.

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz roasted orange and lemon juice
  • 6 oz sieved tart cranberry sauce
  • 1 can Klaus Bosphorus (solventless or D9)
  • All The Bitter – New Orleans Bitters

Instructions:

  1. Pre-chill a double old-fashioned glass and crush ice.
  2. Add juices and cranberry sauce to a Boston shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard for 15 seconds.
  4. Strain into frosty glasses over large cubes.
  5. Top with Klaus.
  6. Add a few drops of bitters.
  7. Garnish with roasted orange and cranberry sauce.
